How to place an ad order:
- Complete the appropriate form below to place a display ad order in the WashingtonCPA quarterly magazine or Short Form semimonthly email newsletter.
- You will receive a confirmation email after submitting the form.
- A WSCPA representative will follow up with you for more details and to complete your order.
- Ad space is limited and placement on a certain page is not guaranteed.
- Payment is required at time of order submission.
- By submitting an advertising insertion order, you confirm that you have read and understand the Advertising Terms and Conditions.

Please fill out this form to submit your display advertisement for use in our quarterly magazine. You will receive a confirmation once your order is approved for placement in the magazine. Ad placement is not guaranteed.
The Washington CPA Ad Order Form
Advertising Deadlines:
- December 1 for Winter issue (mails January 15)
- March 1 for Spring issue (mails April 15)
- June 1 for Summer issue (mails July 15)
- September 1 for Fall issue (mails October 15)
- A completed advertising insertion order, electronic advertisement, and payment in full must be received by the ad deadline.
Note: Deadlines that fall on weekends are extended to the next business day. Mailing dates are subject to change.
Short Form Newsletter Display Ad Request Form
The WSCPA Short Form is a semimonthly email newsletter sent to over 6500 finance professionals across Washington State.
